I have truly enjoyed the Adventure Bootcamp.  The camp challenges me physically and mentally and I am never bored with the exercise routines.  My strength and endurance have greatly improved and I have lost pounds as well as inches.  The Camp and the nutrition seminars have allowed me to maintain a healthy lifestyle even when my schedule is hectic.  Whitney is very knowledgeable and is always willing to answer questions.  It is truly the best Bootcamp I have ever tried.

I loved my Adventure Boot Camp experience!  I attended to lend moral support to a friend and wound up finding an aspect that was missing from life--regular exercise, increased energy, and a natural high.  I'm signing up for the next session, and very likely may make this my every day routine.  I had fun!

Looking forward to getting outside and working out again. Between work and school, I haven't been finding time to exercise and it definitely has had an impact both mentally and physically. When I finished your class this summer, I was in my best shape. It may take a couple of months, but I'd like to be there again!
