Coming Soon:  DC Adventure Boot Camp for Kids  (June 16th - August 2nd)

Who:     Boys and Girls 11 years to 18years of age can participate.  This program is great for kids new to fitness, kids suffering from the affects of child hood obesity, Young athletes seeking increases in athletic performance.

What:  One hour a day, fitness program for kids.  We offer 3, 4, and 5 day per week programs.  Our program, modeled largely after our successful DC Adventure Boot Camp, incorporates strength, cardio, core, and flexibility on a daily basis.  Kids will be introduced to sports movements.  The only equipment needed by each child is an exercise mat, good running shoes, water bottle and a towel.

Where: Jefferson Jr. High School

When:  Two Sessions per day, one in the morning and one in the evening.  The AM sessions, 7:45am and 9:15 am.  The evening session begins at 6:30 pm.

How much: 
Our 5 day per week program is $459.      Prorated @ $14 per day.     2-a-day (AM/PM) = $729
Our 4 day per week program is $399.      Prorated @ $15 per day.     2-a-day (AM/PM )= $629
Our 3 day per week program is $319.      Prorated @ $16 per day.     2-a-day (AM/PM) = $509

Special Event:  At the end of the Fitness camp we will have our "Field Day" Event.  Field Day consists of events which test physical endurance, strength, power, quickness, and overall fitness.  The Field Day events are:  Softball toss, Football toss, Broad Jump, Soccer Punt Contest, 100 Yard Dash, Push ups, Plank, and 1 mile run.

Awards:  Participation, Achievement, Best Performers, Most Improved Performers will be awarded.  Field Day will be held Sunday, August 3rd.

OPEN HOUSE EVENT:  Saturday, May 24th.   30 minute Sneak-Peaks.  JUST $5.00 per session!  $5.00 Will be applied to your registration if you choose to join.

8:30 am - 9:00 am  (Sports Conditioning)  10:00 am -10:30 am (Kid Fit)  11:30am -12:00 noon (Sports/Kid Fit Combo).  Meet and greet the trainer.
